NSF STEM

Program Overview​

Funded through a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the UNM Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Scholarship Program (S-STEM) is an extension of the former Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics Scholarship (CSEMS) Program to include additional science fields. This scholarship program at UNM began in January 2021. ​

Students are selected on the basis of financial need, academic merit, and potential for professional success. The goal of this project is to provide the necessary financial and academic assistance to undergraduate students enrolled full-time in the School of Engineering (SOE).
